PrepRounds is a communication-practice tool designed to help charge nurses and nurse managers rehearse difficult workplace conversations against an AI-simulated persona, with structured feedback afterward.
PrepRounds is not medical, legal, or HR advice. It does not replace professional judgment, your employer’s policies, or guidance from a supervisor, HR representative, or legal counsel. Nothing generated by the app should be treated as clinical, legal, or employment guidance.
PrepRounds is intended for use by adult healthcare professionals.
You agree not to use PrepRounds to generate, store, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, or intended to cause harm to yourself or others.
Practice conversations and feedback are generated by an AI system. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not perfectly reflective of a real conversation. Use your own professional judgment when applying anything learned through the app to real workplace situations.
PrepRounds is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepRounds and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
